Define where the substitution begins and ends

If pipes are going to be changed, ask to identify the planned sections and their connection points. Kitchen plumbing should have recognizable boundaries so you know what is renewed and what remains. Renovating that room does not mean automatically intervening in the entire home network or resolving elements outside the scope that has been reviewed.

Relate the tour to the new furniture

The units must allow the intended connections and maintain necessary access. Before manufacturing interiors, place inlets, trap and appliances on the same sketch. A layout drawn without these volumes may offer storage that does not exist later or leave a seam behind a fixed part that was not planned to be removed for revisions.

Separate checks and committed jobs

A photograph can provide guidance on what is visible, but it does not prove the state of all the hidden conduits. In the kitchen quote, pending conditions must be distinguished from defined items.
